Were were scuba diving off Mnemba Island so this location is very near and convenient.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. My partner and I spent almost 3 weeks in Zanzibar in January 2022. We have stayed at 4 different areas of the island, in 5 different hotels, Jambiani Villa being the second one, for 4 nights. Jambiani itself is a quiet fishing village with only a few hotels, guesthouses and restaurants. Right after we booked this accommodation we knew we made the right choice just by the way the hotel communicated with us. Prior our arrival we received the most detailed information about the Villas and the village, and received valuable tips and hits for traveling to Zanzibar in general. The Jambiani Villas are located in 3 properties. We stayed in the main building, called Katikati, in one of the apartments (Iliki) on the top floor, facing the outdoor pool and the ocean. Even though it was right above the restaurant, neither the smell, nor the noise (if there was any) could be felt or heard in our room. Our apartment had a very spacious and clean room with comfortable king size bed, air-conditioning, desk, sofa, TV, etc., spacious and really nice bath, a full kitchen with fridge and a large balcony. Finding European plugs in the room were a nice surprise. :) Wifi always worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast is wonderful. I loved the fresh guacamole and the home made jam! At the beginning I was a little worried that having a restaurant onsite is going to be busy and noise, but not at all. It was actually very quiet, and it came handy that we could have lunch and/or dinner on site whenever we wanted to. The outdoor area is small, but clean, tidy and comfortable. The extremely kind, warm and helpful staff, along with the amazing efficient and professional management team made our stay really memorable. Situată în Jambiani, Amka House are un restaurant și acces direct la plajă. Terasa mare oferă vedere la Oceanul Indian, iar oaspeții beneficiază de WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. Voi scrie recenzia in limba romana, pentru ca sotia lui Issa este romanca. Ambele Amka sunt superbe, de pe terasa privelistea este idilica, oceanul este la cativa zeci de metri si oamenii din sat sunt linistiti. Camerele sunt spatioase, farte curate si luminoase. Am petrecut doar trei zile acolo, dar vom reveni in mod sigur. Issa este foarte primitor, ne-a plimbat prin imprejurimi cu tuk-tuk lui si ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce am avut nevoie.Internetul functioneaza bine si in jur sunt magazine locale si cateva restaurante.

RoRi Private Luxury Villas se află la câțiva pași de Plaja din Bwejuu și oferă o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și unități de cazare cu aer condiționat, WiFi gratuit și balcon. We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

Sand Beach Boutique Villas se găsește în Bwejuu, la doar câțiva pași de Plaja din Bwejuu, și oferă acces la o piscină în aer liber și o terasă, precum și o bucătărie comună. The staff are really sweet, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was to die for.

Villa Kikadini se află în Jambiani, la 9 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja din Jambiani, și oferă WiFi gratuit, o piscină în aer liber și parcare privată gratuită. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

CDM Villas Kiwengwa se găsește la 41 km de Sala Memorială a Păcii și oferă o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și unități de cazare cu aer condiționat, WiFi gratuit și balcon. Last year we had already stayed in another villa within the same estate, and we saw that beautiful villa very well maintained, and this year we decided to spend the weekend here. What to say! exactly as we imagined. Exceptional cleanliness, attention and care from the impeccable staff, kindness of the owner. We felt pampered and appreciated.
