everything was exceptional! our 1 bedroom apartment had a bathtub, great quality toiletries, a garden with tables and chairs where we had our meals daily, the kitchen had everything we needed, the closet had so much space, drawers and a big mirror, the bed was comfortable and the electric fire place added to the mood at night. you could see the quality of materials used in the interior and the design that was made with people in mind. highly highly recommend, I loved every minute of our stay there and I can’t wait to be back!

Lovely apartment hotel . Spacious and very comfortable . Staff especially Gina was great.Communication was clear and very helpful via the booking.com chat . Attention to detail was second to none, to the point where even baby soap and shampoo was provided . Location is great , 12 min by tram to the city centre .There is a a tram station about 200m from the apartment . There was ample clean Linen and fresh towels with a nice coffee machine and kettle too.

The location of the apartment was at the epicentre of Florence. We couldn't have been any more central. It became a bit of a joke that pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was between a one and a fifteen minute walk away. There was an amazing view of the piazza in front of the duomo from our windows. It was wonderful to drink a cup of tea and watch the goings on below. The apartment was large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area with a gorgeous frescoed ceiling. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. I have arthritic knees and the apartment was on the fifth floor, but there was a perfectly cute elevator to waft us upwards.

The room was super pretty and welcoming. The bathroom was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we could need. The bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the snacks that were left for us in the room and outside the door.

Very clean and quiet accommodation yet right in the heart of the city with all the hustle and bustle of a popular destination for tourists. Host met us, explained how we accessed, showed us the security features and other facilities in this well equipped property. The host also provided some guidance on getting the best out of our few days in Florence. Host subsequently kept in contact via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and we were happy with everything. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars right outside the door. A daily market was also outside the front door but was never an issue with noise. No hesitation in recommending this property as an ideal place to stay in Florence.

Very comfortable apartment, the location was incredible at less than 1 minute walking from Piazza della Signoria but at the same time very quiet. The apartment was perfect, and we will definitely come back next time we visit Firenze.
