Ventozelo left us a wonderful feeling of nature and belonging. The hotel is super classy, nicely decorated and with nice well thought details. The breakfast is World class: been to Dubai, New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan (lived here), London and currently live in Seattle, and did not have better than this super tasty breakfast. The infinite swimming pool and corresponding is breathtaking.

L'Original Douro Hotel està situat a Peso da Régua, a la regió del Nord, a 400 m del Museu do Douro. The location was convenient, it was really close to the railway station. The bed was really comfortable for sleeping. The quality of the breakfast was amazing. The door handle was broken when i was in the room, but the staff fixed it once they got informed.

Our time at Casal dos Capelinhos was magical from start to finish. The attention to detail was absolutely incredible in every way. The food was beyond any of our expectations and it was clear that great time, effort and love was put into every meal prepared there. We actually spent most of our time in the grounds themselves, enjoying the magnificent pool and spectacular views of vineyards in the area. Our wine tasting session was also fantastic. If we could have given a rating higher than 10 we would have.
