Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is right in the town centre. Very convenient to get to anywhere. The room is clean, cozy and spacious. With scenic views of the Canadian Rockies, this contemporary mountain lodge is located directly on Banff Avenue and offers an indoor pool. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Staff are friendly, and room was huge with a great view! The hotel is right on Banff ave and close to a gas station if you need anything quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and well kept. Also has one of the largest pools we’ve had in Banff! We will definitely return!
