everything was absolutely amazing, the host gave us an aperitif and breakfast for two with some gluten free cereals, fruit juices and organic jams. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, it has everything. the location is incredible you can see the lake from the kitchen and the zone is very quite. You also have a supermarket that’s 1 min foot from the stay. We will definitely come back another time!

What an amazing time we had here with my family! Thank you Federica for the truly awesome experience. Location is excellent, close to the lake and the old city. Private parking for your car (important luxury for lake Como where parking is a nightmare). Breakfast so was so rich, Federica even comes to bring fresh italian croissants at 8am. There was an abundance of food and the choice was so rich. Thank you for everything!

The most perfect little B&B we could wish for our trip. Superb location, incredible owner who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome, great amenities and sparkling clean. Bed was comfy, blankets super warm, and the room itself had great temperature even without turning on extra heating. The bathroom, though, is something else - I never wanted to leave it :D Next time we’re in Como, I’d love to stay here again.
