Beds were comfy. And, although the establishment has no a/c, the night (in mid-July) cooled down quickly and the provided fan was more than sufficient.

A nice manager who will always make sure everything is alright. Great location for visiting both eastbound destinations (mainly Durango) as well as westbound destinations (mainly Mesa Verde), all while sleeping in a quiet hotel with some great nearby dining options.

The Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og bar í Estes Park. We had the most wonderful experience. The location is right off the river. We stayed in their newer stream suites and had a river room with a whirlpool tub and fireplace. These rooms are beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The room was very accomodating and clean. They thought of everything. They even have heated bathroom floors. We visited in December and it was cold but the rooms were very warm and cozy. It was so serene and quiet. The views are amazing! There was also an outdoor hot tub and they provided robs which was a nice touch. The keyless entry system was very convenient. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else, this was the perfect weekend getaway.

Had the cascade room which is the lower floor facing the Main Street. Surprisingly quiet. You can hear the upstairs people but not bad. Check in was via an envelope in the lobby. In the room was a nice homemade bread. Hot water took a bit to get warm. Bed was comfy.

I also liked the gazebo area and the back patio area. I also really liked being able to park right next to our door.

Quite a treat. Since we were the only guests on the night we were given excellent devoted attention both on the night of arrival and at breakfast. A super themed hotel, with very friendly proprietors.
