the staff and manager were extremely nice and helpful. we booked on same day and were in a hurry and no cancellation applied. when we arrived we were not happy about the location as it was far from where we needed to stay, so the manager upgraded our room for free but still we wanted to cancel. the manager took the time to speak to customer service and cancel our booking for free and full refund. such a nice and helpful person. i highly recommend if your looking for an affordable place to stay with friendly staff.

Very comfortable beds and wonderful shower. We never heard noise from beyond our room. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely return to this beautifully appointed guest house.
