The location and the view are INCREDIBLE. We were literally opposite the Royal Palace with a view of the gardens of Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace. The room was very nicely furnished with comfy beds, very spacious, nice decorations and a clean and well equipped bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a lovely, authentic atmosphere to the hotel.

Exceptional property. Welcomed by host. I really felt that if a problem I would be well looked after. Room as described but better. An oasis right in the centre of Madrid just off the Gran via. Super clean. Super functional. Minimalistic but tasteful modern decor and fittings. Interior window. Lighting excellent. Super comfy bed. Room dark and so quiet overnight.
