Check in was quick and easy, on site parking was right by the door and the pod was clean and cosy. Everything you could need was readily available and the location was perfect. Quite and peaceful grounds but only a short walk or drive to the local attractions. Loved our regular duck visitors and watching the hares come out at night! Thank you for a wonderful few days!

Chapel St Leonards is a quieter holiday option - with Skegness 5mins drive away or 30mins walk by the sea .
The area is very flat - easy walking .
Anderby creek is reached by a nice beach walk - seals swim by regularly, wading and sea birds to be seen.
The North Sea observatory is an ideal viewpoint ,informative and a well stocked cafe.
Ideal for dogs and children - the beach slopes but reveals a flat sandy beach when the tide goes out - ideal for playing in the sea .

Nice little town, with plenty to do just needs a few more gift shops and grocery shops like a Tesco express or Morrisons express.
Lots of eateries and places to drink
Needs more attention to the beach BUT is a good size

We like the caravan park, staff lovely and happy to help. Very close to the beach, if you like a drink there is a bar on the side of the beach. There is a pub where you can eat on the corner of the site and takeaways too.

Chapel St Leonards is a great in between location to stay not far from Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness. Has great bus routes. Lovely clean beaches.. As long as you take your rubbish home with you x Garden Centre, Strawberry picking in season, Car boot sales easily accessible.
Plenty of Tat/ Souvenir Shops. Great All Rounder Place to stay.
Only Down side.. Not many if any food places have vegetables on the menu's except Sunday Roasts, unless you like peas. / side salad.

This place was really nice, clean, specious, quiet, just what we needed for a holiday with a dog. The garden is really big and private, perfect for dogs. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff and the bathroom has shampoos, conditioners, bath wash etc. Beds are pretty comfy. I loved the house and the village and enjoyed the weekend away all together. I will be back.
Lovely and peaceful. Fourth time here as we love it so much. Julie in the office is amazing and cant do enough for you.
Very dog friendly. Definitely book and see how nice it is. my husband loves the fishing and i like the fact his literally a few feet away. Very handy when the kettles on!
Lovely holiday pod spotless everything you need it's bigger than you think ours had nice covered decking to sit on watching over the water Great for fishing which my husband liked nice and peaceful and quiet place and within walking distance to places to eat and drink and beach would come back again

Cute little caravan holiday, super close to the beach and bus route. Loads of things to do locally. Would definitely stay again, looked exactly like the pictures and was so cosy. Slept better than I have in a while.
The staff appeared to be pissed off.. very unhelpful and unfriendly
There was a fire alarm at midnight and we discovered that there was no hotel reps on-site
There is no furniture in the rooms - not even a chair!
Lovely caravan, master Bedroom is really spacious, if you like to be out of the way on the site it’s perfect, lots of facilities for all ages, pubs, swimming, arcades, beach. Was a lovely stay.
Close to all amenities. Caravan had everything we needed. The swimming pool is a big plus even though we didn't get to use it due to the weather! Will definitely be back again.
