Location was great and the room met our needs, first time staying in a motel and it did not disappoint. The family suit was great for four of us, it was just one night and so the kitchen wasn’t used. Room was clean, bathroom had everything. Stayed there during the ‘off season’ so wasn’t crowded at all.

I loved the Monday afternoon farmers market.
I loved the Monday afternoon farmers market. We did not like our dog could not go on the beach. Fin's pizza is the best. It is easy to get around Tybee, but you do need to pay attention to the one way streets.

Tybee Island was once a fantastic getaway destination.
Tybee Island was once a fantastic getaway destination. However, in recent years, the influx of tourists, children, and partygoers has diminished its charm. With each visit, we notice a decline, and I hope measures can be taken to reverse this trend. On a positive note, Skampy's offers excellent food conveniently located near the beach.
While Tybee Island offers beautiful beaches, a lighthouse, and good dining options, there seems to be limited additional activities. It's ideal for a day trip, but may not provide enough entertainment for an extended stay.

Tybee is by far the most down to earth friendly people I have ever met. I never felt uneasy anywhere on the island nor did I ever see or hear of anything bad going on. The views are stunning. The food is delicious. You truly feel like a local when your there. My only complaint about the whole island in general was the parking fees, of course you can just walk or ride bikes. I may be bias because where I live there is non anywhere remotely close to me. But at one point we went to north beach which has a HUGE parking lot and there was like 3 cars including mine in it and to pay for parking for a 30 min walk before we drove home kind of sucked but I don't know how strict they are I never seen anyone check but I am a honest person so I paid my part. With all the things to do on Tybee and how wonderful of an experience it is something as simple as parking fees should not detour you in the slightest! I HIGHLY recommend giving Tybee a visit, and visit they lighthouse and museums while your there. You will thank me later :)

Stayed one night but was able to walk the beach which is across the street from The Dunes hotel and a block to the beach. Picked up some shells but forgot to bring my bag so only got a handful. There were big waves as the tide was coming in. The restaurant Sting Ray’s had awesome food. It rained overnight and in the morning so I started home early. Couldn’t do anything in the rain which was disappointing but mother nature had other plans for the day.
What I seen of the Island I would have liked to spend more time there.

one of the best kept secrets in the country.
one of the best kept secrets in the country. Not bust in the off season, east to access food and activities, easy ride in from Savannah. VERY clean
We ate several times at HUC A Poos and we love the Crab Shack
We love the separate service for those allergic to sea food.
Very nice condo, great location. Sadly it was not clean and due to the fact that the cost of cleaning fee was so extreme we complained. They (Vacasa staff) answered quickly and actually provided us with a bit of a credit on our account. Very much appreciated. Tybee Island was a nice quiet town but I think we would have rather stayed in Savannah another two nights. If you had children with you, the beach would be a great alternative to history, ghost hunting and the other Savannah to dos. 😊
It would be helpful to have the exact address for the key/arrival package location since we drove to the wrong address at first. We loved 127A. It was very clean, organized, well decorated. Overall, very welcoming! The kitchen, bath, and bedroom were equipped with all necessary items for out short two night stay. Kids loved the treasure chest! We loved to be just steps from the beach. Quiet area and family friendly.
The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. Hotel is older but the king bed room was a decent size. Didn't like the bathroom sink not being in the bathroom. Layout could be better. Breakfast was skimpy. Price is too high during summer months. Overall the hotel was a decent place to stay on Tybee Island. I would possibly stay here again.
I was visiting Tybee Island for my friend's wedding. The rental was extremely clean and had everything that you needed there. The property was only a text or phone call away. The beds were so comfortable. I slept very well. The neighbors were so welcoming. Very chill and peaceful. Best rental experience and more affordable than others.
Welcoming and helpful hosts upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious with something different each morning we were there. Perfect location within a super easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the bikes they offered. We biked almost 5 miles exploring Tybee Island. Exactly what you'd expect with sweet southern charm.
As any hotel your gonna pay for location. But this spot is the best. Right there on the beach.
Closest in Tybee to the beach, and pier. Hotel room was nice, just as pictured. View was beautiful (4th floor beach view) they provided pool towels and beach chairs in the room, which was nice.
That is was quite close to the beach, a convenience store, gas station, and within walking distance to restaurants and the pavilion/pier. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were very courteous as well! They don’t charge for parking!
We enjoyed meeting the other couple that was there. We enjoyed the wine and cheese on the porch. We liked how close we were to the beach. We enjoyed Shelly and her mom - they were so welcoming and helpful in recommending local attractions.
The proximity to the beach was good and that is about it for positives for this hotel. There was a walkway through the dunes from the hotel and a shower to wash off the sand as you returned.
The room was nicely done and newly renovated. The pool area was wonderful. Location was good but I was expecting beachfront. Area had a lot of bars and the restaurants were only average.
Everything was nice! Beautiful hotel but half the cost of on the beach hotels. It's literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Plus, lots to do and places to eat in walking distance.
Location was the main thing about this place. It is the location you want to be on Tybee Island. near great restaurants like Fannies and the beach right there.
