Breakfast was good, though it would have been more satisfactory if there were more options on the menu that tailored to a breakfast experience. Though it was nice, there could have been more room for variations to appeal to the appetite of others. The hotel staff kept the room clean, replacing my towels and making my bed every day, and they always greeted me whenever there was a new front desk attendant.

Who has in there contract when you pickup your key card that rooms are cleaned every 3 to 4 days.
That STATEMENT should be at the TOP of the ADVERTISEMENT. Had I known this, I would not have booked there.

Staff was pleasant, but overworked.
Staff was pleasant, but overworked.
The Front desk had too many jobs to fill.
We got the feeling that they were trying to save money. We had to ask for everything.
More help was needed for the place to run efficiently and extra supplies should have been stocked. No hair blower, extra soap, etc. was needed. We stayed for two nights and were supplies for one night only.

I'mma just sum it up in a nutshell if you're black don't come to this hotel that's just point blank period cuz some employees will treat you just like that the only employee that was a sweetheart is one chicken I think her name is Alyssa she might be the only one that has respect and know how to talk to people and will help you but the other little old lady I don't even know her name she's rude she barely wants to communicate you ask her question she get real nasty they will will discriminate on you they will put things on you that you have nothing to do with just to kick you out your room if I had a new this coming here I would have never came to the horizon inn and suites I would have found someone else to go I'm spending money a lot of money on a room where I'm being discriminated against for no reason please be very careful when you come visit this hotel

There were some minor issues the first 2 days, but night desk clerk went out of his way to address the issues, both times correcting the issue in less than a minute. That young man hopefully goes up the ladder. He definitely deserves it.
I and my daughter were coming in for my son's wedding, I was concerned about my daughter's medical condition and staying in any hotel however I called the hotel ahead and shared my concerns with James and James went way above to ensure our stay was worry-free. He helped with our luggage, brought us linen himself he made sure our key card worked. The room was exceptionally clean we felt safe and our stay was awesome. Breakfast was great. Big huge thank you to James, I appreciate you so much.
Very clean, like, almost suspiciously clean. Tasteful, comfortable and practical furniture. Full blinds in addition to blackout curtains. The enormous 4K television. The comfort of the beds and quality of the sheets. Courtesy 12pm check-out. Everything was actually amazing. I usually book hotels on a whim, but if there’s a room available here when I do, it’s mine. Hands down. Superb value. Thank you so much.

There's is not much to like about the hotel... it was a convenient location to get to work...
The room had several things that needed to be repaired or replaced.
There's no vending machine or ATM on the property. There's only one washing machine and one dryer. And the staff included the manager were short and rude. The offered very little if any at all assistance when needed.
It's in a pretty central location in Norcross, and the whole place is well kept. It's clean and nothing seems out of order. The staff were quick to help out when a hairdryer wasn't to be found in the room. They sent one up in minutes. There is a Mon-Thu bar available in the hotel, and Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby throughout the daytime hours, every day of the week.
The hotel maids practice sangria they put salts under the liners of the beds black magic they don't clean the rooms there's a bunch of people on drugs you can't sleep a man was outside butt naked outside of my door screaming and hollering another man was running around a U-Haul for 6 hours straight it sounded like district 9 my experience was horrifying
Bed was comfortable. Whilst the room was small they did fit the extra bed in it we requested. Nice view and easy access to main roadways and food options surrounding the hotel. Shower pressure was good (but took a bit to figure out the way to control it with multiple handles. Free parking was a bonus.
The room was really clean. The front desk staff were really friendly. They were very accommodating and welcoming. We really needed a value room, but in the past value has equaled gross cleanliness and this place was super clean. So much so we are staying there on our way home too!
The hotel is located in a scatchy part of town. The room was large and bed was comfy. But it reaked of Pinesal and was sticky. Our eyes burned for 30 minutes when we got in the room. We went down a wrong hall and all you could smell was drugs being smoked.
I like that the staff was friendly and that they served breakfast. The staff didnt mind answering my question or honoring my request. the room was clean and there were no insects or roaches in the room or in the hotel
The location of this property ‘Horizon Inn Norcross’, was quite convenient for my purposes. Restaurants are nearby and Farmers Market, night activities, and banking , are close by.
The hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are absolutely clean and updated! The flooring and bathroom fixtures are brand new and the bed was very comfortable/
