Clean and friendly

Easy to get to, nice clean, comfortable room and good mattress. We would stay again and recommend! Also really liked the way the bathroom was set up with toiletries. Dove products, no bottles to mess with, all in push bottles on the wall. Great idea!

Super clean and good priced

Breakfast was alright but front counter that was working was not a nice person and I had to make it clear to her that she was not to address my young children after I asked for a first floor room because of the kids and also asked for a handicap room in addition to a regular room for my older children but we're on second floor and kids were ready to be out of car and she yelled at them told them she could hear them running. I did tell her that is why I asked for first floor and she stated that was not aware of the request. That's not an answer and she acted like we were an inconvenience to a conversation with another staff. I had to use 20 disinfectant wipes for my room where my grandkids were staying one of which has asthma and it was filthy. I had two rooms booked for when I come back thru at the beginning of June but have cancelled and hope this stops any other customers from having my experience. Oh and there is more, there were marks like knife marks in the sheets and no I am not making this up. Also the door to 225 had special instructions to open the door by incerting and card then lifting up the handle while turning to enter the room. I am handicapped and had to have my daughter open the door anytime I wanted to get back in and why did we not just trade rooms with Daughter because their bed had marks that are made during a sexual encounter and blood on the other sheets. Would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Bad bad bad!

Very clean room. It had some character- not generic. Very quiet. Everything I needed, for a good price. Comfortable bed.
