Breakfast was not organized considering all the people there. We were constantly waiting for something, whether it was eggs, or fruit, or plates or coffee, and the waffle batter was clogged. Many people were upset! Our room and the amenities were perfect though!

The room was small but cozy. We recieved all instrutions to get to the property on time and they were easi to follow. The bathroom was nice and clean and when we arrived we had a cute message on the bedside table. There is a microwave inc ase you need one, and a fridge.

The property was well kept for the most part. Definitely value for money. The tall dark-skinned bellman was very courteous as were all the other staff members, especially in the dining room. Food was in abundance with a wide variety to choose from. Cassandra at the tour desk was very friendly and helpful, likewise the front desk staff.

I can't think of one thing to complain about during my stay. Check-in was a breeze, and the entire staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was great, parking great, the breakfast selection was huge and great food. The hotel is back off the main road in a clean and quiet area. I usually stay in a more expensive hotel when I'm in Fort Lauderdale but now I know I don't have to spend the extra money and I'll have a better stay.
