Perfect home in neighborhood less than 10 minutes from downtown. Serene light grey and white leave a crisp clean impression and the back garden was in bloom making the small courtyard charming. The house stood out as having everything you might need and a host with a great sense of hospitality- if we can come back we will!

Great apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday. You can even use the swimming pool if you like. Bed was very comfortable. The hosts are a lovely young family, very nice and helpful. When we had a punctured tyre Richmond helped us a lot changing it. Thank you so much for that again! We can definitely recommend this place for a perfect stay in Rotorua.

We enjoyed how the accommodation was slightly off the beaten path in a very quiet neighborhood, but still within a short drive (20 mins) to downtown Rotorua. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Annie was very welcoming and provided wonderful recommendations and a great breakfast in the morning. The patio attached to the bedroom is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in the morning. The scenery is beautiful. We had a great stay at Annie’s and would absolutely return.

This two bedroom home was the perfect base for my family's holiday and I couldn't have been more impressed. First of all, the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the Skyline in just a few minutes, making it easy to visit multiple times during our stay. The home was also close to many other popular attractions in Rotorua, such as the Redwoods forest and the Polynesian Spa.
