Noise and door knocking and running up and down the corridor outside our room meant that at 10pm we insisted on moving rooms. Previous attempts from 4.30pm onwards failed to sort the problem out. In fact it got worse and the hotel seemed unable to control the noisy guests. Breakfast was ok.

A university town with the standard flights of traffic, students stepping into traffic, loud music, and average food in the Greek restaurant we chose. Lots of interesting shops and activities in which to participate.

Total waste of money!
Total waste of money! We booked five rooms for one night and stayed only 7-8 hours. Our experience was far less pleasant than the expectations. All rooms were full of mosquitoes, floor tiles were broken, toilets flush didn’t work.

Great place for staying with family or friends.
Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Unfortunately we were there for a funeral.
The city is beautiful and lots of places to eat.
Beaches are great.

"The dude in the Nude" were very, no extremely, helpful -- not only for Fredericton but the whole of the surrounding area. Although some things were closed the self guided walking tour with well placed plaques, along with art galleries for the rainy times the trails along the river, & thebeautiful old homes and I got to Thurs.night market. Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. Next time
The hotel is right on the highway, which was great because we didn't have to go out of our way. We didn't hear the highway in our room, though. The receptionist was friendly and upgraded the room for us from one person to three persons very easily. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation close by. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the pool/hot tube that the hotel seems to have, or anything else other than the room.
It's an older hotel, but the room was super spacious, clean and quiet. We could park just below our window, come in through a back door and take the elevator right up to our room- so super convenient. The front desk staff was really personable and I have no complaints about the hotel. It's near all the shops and restaurants we needed and for the price, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again
We booked the Ramada so that the kids could play in the pool, which they very much enjoyed. The hotel is superficially clean and well cared for; things worked as they should. I very much appreciated getting a phone call an hour after we had checked out, but still in the city, telling me I had left my phone charger in the room. I was able to go back to get it.
Our host was fantastic! So personable and helpful with attraction and dinner suggestions. Within walking distance of downtown and the historic garrison district. Close to Trans Canada Walking Trail. Wonderful large porch to sit on and enjoy, beautiful surroundings. The rooms are lovely and inviting. Breakfasts were amazing.
The room I stayed at was quite clean; the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was air conditioning (something apparently not that common in New Brunswick). It is far from the city centre, which has some advantages. For those who like waling or cycling, the trail bridge that links to the downtown is close by.
Beautiful new modern hotel in the heart of Downtown Fredericton. It is walking distance to many of the restaurants/pubs and just a quick walk away from the walking bridge, which is a must when you are in the area. Room was clean and so quiet! I will definitely stay here again when visiting our Capital city.
Facility is clean and well-maintained. the hotel is reasonably close to a number of local attractions and is close to the TransCanada highway. The breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and staff went out of their way to accommodate guest requests.
The room is basic and small. AC a bit noisy. As it was a Saturday night, the hotel was full and doors slams were frequently heard. Beds were ok. Breakfast to go was correct. I guess carpets need to be changed as smoke odor was strong in the room.
Hotel perfectly situated around Fredericton. The beds were very confortable and the hotel was quiet during the night.
The parking is huge and there is a restaurant near by that offers a good choice and you can go by foot.
NIce clean room, well appointed. The location was easy to find and close to the botanical gardens which were nice to walk in. It is away from the downtown core, but close to lots of shopping and fast food restaurants
The hotel is worth the price. I visit here one night on my way back home. They have a small bar that provides snacks and drinks which is a convenience for me. The room is big, and the bed is very comfortable.
Room are fairly good. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was the standard of any B&B hotels, and the food was great and tasty, specially the waffles. I would return or recommend this hotel in the future.
Excellent location in Fredericton near by lots of restaurant and shopping. My room was very clean and comfortable with micro oven. Good quality wash room amenities. Loved this hotel.
Beautiful heritage house in downtown Fredericton. Angie was very friendly and had great local recommendations for where to eat and what to visit. Breakfast was excellent.
