I always book your hotel but I always like a shower but it didn't work . people where arguing outside the door we didn't have much sleep and banging doors the carpet was a bit dirty in places where you had a leak we will be back

A superb area of The Black Country. Lots of great hotels and apartments to stay in, not too far from Birmingham, to reach by bus or train, to leave your car behind. Lots of great pubs, so no need to lower your standards by using a Weatherspoon's same with food, fantastic ethnic variety to choose from, so no need to lower your standards by using Mcdonald's or KFC.

Our visit was to Aldridge/ Walsall and sorry to say we won't be rushing back. Took daughter to stay at her partners, we booked Barons Court Hotel to have a meal, stay overnight and do something the following day in the area as we had stayed previously and enjoyed ourselves. Hotel review partly reflects how the facilities and area has changed for the worse. Hotel run down, rooms are a shadow of how they appear on the photos. Used the Horse and Jockey pub across road for a meal and drink. Meal okay then found out it was closing down in two weeks to become a Lidl. Looked at next pub to go to, drove down and found out it was a Co op. Nothing else to do so stayed in hotel TWO hours then left for home after dropping daughter off. Certainly no plans to revisit anytime soon.

We went to see Noddy Holder at Walsall Arena Arts Centre. It was an amazing evening. The Beverly Hotel was perfect for my wife and myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and cooked and served exactly how we wanted it. Very impressed with the stay there and will be back as we have family and friends living close by. So
Thank you for the staff and the enjoyable stay there. Peter Hevican.

Not a lot of independent choices when eating out.
Not a lot of independent choices when eating out. Just the usual chain eateries which make the place feel tacky. Ended up in TFI Fridays due to lack of good choices. It made do as I was only there to carry out a job but I wasn't bowled over by the place. Only good thing was a cool little Caribbean bar called Pimientos across from the station to grab a beer. It felt like entering someone's sitting room.

I found that all the staff were local and very knowledgeable about the area and had worked at the hotel for many years. I would recommend the hotel for conference meetings and a good place to hold wedding receptions. I also found the the food and accommodation exceptional for the price and have already recommended the hotel to other people. I will also be booking again in July when I will be visiting Walsall again.
Property was comfortable and clean, all around the hotel and room was cleaned daily.
The restaurant food was exceptional and cooked to perfection. It was a very calm environment to eat in and waiters were attentive and approachable.
The spa was lovely and spacious and good value for the facilities. Everything you needed was provided.
The garden was so beautiful and had lots of seating areas.
We would like to say a massive thank you to Dave who made our stay very welcoming from the minute we walked in, all staff were polite.
that’s a wonderful day out there. Especially, we have enjoyed spa facilities, which exceeded my expectations. I was thinking about just a swimming pool and “regular “ spa facilities, such as finish sauna and steam room only. But on the contrary, we spent a lovely time in there with lot’s of spa rooms with different temperatures. The dinner at the bar was great as well. I recommend to try chips, which are the best chips I have ever tried! Well done, chef !
Also we enjoyed walking around Birmingham’s canals.
The location was perfect for us , the property exceeded expectations, a nice ambiance in the Bar/Lounge , there was an outdoor Beer Garden (unfortunately we didn’t use) and the dining area for Breakfast was spacious ..Food was good, Breakfast was excellent and the service from all staff was again excellent .. all 3 who served us over our stay were friendly, attentive and courteous .. I would recommend Lyndon House to anyone who wants a good budget accommodation which for myself and my wife was 5 star ..
Nice entrance/reception area and ground floor eating and drinking spaces.
Room on 3rd floor - small and outdated, but feature wall was a nice touch.
Bed - double bed reasonably comfortable if you like to sink right in. linen was marked stained.
Breakfast - nice morning welcome by staff, plenty of space to sit and eat, didn't feel rushed, buffet style. carton juice and water available, hot breakfast was nice a kept hot a basic range.
The staff were EXTREMELY helpful at this hotel - our room wasn't set up properly upon arrival, and the staff very quickly resolved the issue (providing the bedding and making the sofa up into a bed as it was meant to be). Equally, the lady who helped us at breakfast was very very helpful, funny, and thoughtful. The cold breakfast options were excellent and varied - meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit, pastries, bread, all sorts of stuff.
The room is large and open plan and spacious. It is clean. I like the location, the privacy of parking at the rear and the bar area with toilets downstairs.
It's great you can order food up until 8pm as well.
I love the easy going vibe of this hotel.
It's not as intrusive as most hotels and leaves you to enjoy your stay in privacy.
The staff are friendly and easy going too.
Warm and comfortable room with en-suite and kitchenette (sink, microwave, crockery etc). Key pad on front door to property and to room felt secure and made check-in and check-out easy. The accommodation is in a residential area and looks like a normal house. There are limited facilities nearby but if you bring what you need it was fine.
Everything, friendly staff good value accommodation and meals. Initially I booked for the wrong day and arrived a day earlier than planned but the manager & staff accommodated me and quickly arranged a room, very happy and if I happen to be in the area again I would have no hesitation in staying there again
Thanks again
Anson studios surpassed my expectations. I had seen pictures but I didn't expect to be as great as it was. I really enjoyed my stay in the cosy studio that had everything I wanted. The staff was also on hand to answer all questions and help me settle in. Will definitely use this space again if ever in Walsall again.
Hotel was in an excellent location, with access to the main roads very easy near enough to the town (5 mins) but remarkably quiet too when it came to having an early night due to early start. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a very good overall vibe to it. I'd def stay again
I think some distinction needs to be made for where taxi drivers should put customers off..my Uber driver had me at the back of Parsons way. If you are new to the area some guidance should be given for safe drop off point and direction for property since it is off road.
The property did suit our big family of 6 people’s
The area was nice and quiet near the big Morrison supermarket easy to get in touch with the staff I recommend it to anyone amazing place
The room was very nice and looked cosy didn't get to eat in hotel due to time arrival so ate at the pub nearby. Never ate breakfast as had to leave early due to unforseen circumstances.
Nice apartment in a quiet area, secure. Shops were nearby. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!
